We are looking for an HR Consultant with strong advisory skills and commercial drive for a RedCarpet client. In this role, you will combine substantive HR expertise with building and maintaining your own client portfolio. You will be employed directly by our client.
The Role
As an HR Consultant, you will advise and support national and international clients on a wide range of HR issues. You will be a strategic discussion partner for entrepreneurs and management, offering practical solutions in the field of personnel and organizational policy. The work is carried out remotely or at the client's location and is billable. You can be deployed for full HR support, taking over HR processes, or carrying out specific, defined assignments. In addition, you play an active role in the further development of HR Consultancy services.
Working method and flexibility
You will spend an average of 8 to 10 hours per week at the client's location. The remaining hours will be spent working at the office. Working from home is also possible in consultation, which ensures a good balance between flexibility and collaboration.
The HR Consultant reports to the department manager.
Responsibilities and result areas
Building and managing your own customer base
- Actively pursuing acquisition
- Working with the team to develop and implement (our own) sales strategies
- Conducting sales and advisory meetings with potential and existing customers
- Identifying customer needs and realizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities
HR advice and implementation
- Proactively advising on HR issues, changing laws and regulations, and personnel policy
- Identifying issues within organizations and translating them into concrete HR solutions
- Advising on and collaborating with partners such as occupational health and safety services, pension advisors, and legal parties
- Preparation of HR documentation such as: Staff handbooks, Job profiles, Absenteeism protocols, Performance and assessment policy
- Point of contact and advisor for both employers and employees
- Guiding absence processes and labor disputes
- Ensuring the correct application of laws and regulations
Further development of services
- Actively contributing ideas about the further development of HR Consultancy services
- Making proposals for improving and expanding services
