The SNA seal of approval
Companies with the SNA hallmark are periodically inspected for their obligations from labor, reducing the risk for the hirer and outsourcer of work. The purpose of the hallmark is to separate the wheat from the chaff and limit the risks of clients and hirers of recourse and fines by the Tax and Customs Administration and Inspectorate SZW, among others, the so-called hirer and chain liability. The quality mark encourages compliance with laws and regulations and improves the quality of administration. By only working with companies that have the SNA hallmark, risks are limited.
IND Reference
Being a recognized sponsor is required for a company that wants to submit applications for visas (MVV) and residence permits for highly skilled migrants. The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) decides on the application to become a recognized sponsor. As a recognized sponsor, the IND considers a company to be a reliable partner.
