RedCarpet is seeking a Support Engineer on behalf of a client.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding technical issues and will ensure that IT environments continue to function securely, stably, and optimally. You will assist users with system failures, monitor systems, and actively contribute ideas for structural improvements. In addition to a strong service-oriented mindset, it is important that you have knowledge of IT security and understand how important secure IT environments are within modern organizations.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for resolving technical incidents and support requests related to workstations, networks, cloud environments, and connectivity. In addition, you’ll assist with managing users, systems, and security settings. You’ll analyze recurring issues, document solutions, and contribute ideas for improving processes and security measures.
You’ll also collaborate with fellow engineers and specialists to resolve complex issues and provide the best possible support to customers.
