In this role, you will support theCommercial Managerand, together with a colleague, form the backbone of the team. You are a reallinchpinwho ensures that commercial processes run smoothly and helps to follow up on opportunities.

What will you be doing?
As a Sales Support Specialist, you are an important link between customers, suppliers, and the commercial team. You support the Sales Manager and ensure that commercial opportunities are properly addressed and followed up on.

Your duties will include:
• Supporting the Commercial Manager in daily commercial activities
• Following up on quotations and commercial requests
• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers
• Identifying potential companies that may be interested in the products
• Approaching new companies and introducing the organization
• Scheduling appointments for the Sales Manager
• Providing feedback on commercial developments to the Sales Manager
• Contributing ideas about commercial opportunities and market developments

In this role, you will beproviding sales support rather than acting as a salesperson, but you must be comfortable with customer contact and approaching new organizations. It is important that you enjoy creating opportunities.
