RedCarpet is looking for a PEGA System Architect for our large client. If this is something for you, we would love to hear from you!

As a PEGA System Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building and configuring PEGA solutions that seamlessly meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to create scalable, efficient and reusable solutions. You have a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions and are involved in all phases of the development process, from design to implementation and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of PEGA-based solutions for complex business processes.
  • Work according to PEGA best practices and ensure optimal implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
  • Review and optimize existing PEGA systems.
  • Work on integration with other systems and applications.
  • Solve technical problems and perform error analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and automation.
  • Lead technical sessions and coach junior PEGA developers.
