As an IT Staffing Consultant, do you want to do more than just fill vacancies? Do you want to build your own market? At RedCarpet, you will have the freedom to make placements independently, develop your own specialism, and directly contribute to our IT units (Data, Software Engineering, Mainframe, and Infrastructure).

What will you do?

  • Building your own pool of IT professionals
  • Guiding candidates from intake to placement and contract
  • Maintain monthly contact with your seconded professionals
  • Actively collecting requests in the market yourself
  • Focusing on your own IT domain
  • Contributing ideas about market strategy and customer propositions
