RedCarpet is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer for our great client. If this is something for you, we would love to hear from you!

As Lead Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and leading test automation teams. You have an important role in ensuring software quality by implementing automated testing strategies. You work closely with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure applications are reliable and user-friendly. You are hands-on involved in building frameworks and improving the existing testing infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the test automation team and act as technical point of contact.
  • Design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and implement testing strategies.
  • Analyzing test results and recommending further improvements.
  • Review test code and ensure compliance with testing standards.
  • Monitor product quality by creating and executing test plans.
  • Train and coach team members to increase their test automation knowledge.
