RedCarpet is looking for a customer-focused and communicative customer service representative for 24-40 hours per week for an internationally operating organization in Amsterdam. This is a long-term position with the prospect of permanent employment. In this role, you will be the point of contact for customers and will ensure that questions and requests are handled quickly, clearly, and professionally. As a customer service representative, you are the connecting link between different parties. You maintain an overview, think in terms of solutions, and ensure a pleasant customer experience. Answering questions by phone, email, and chat Recording customer contacts in the CRM system Coordinating with internal departments and external partners Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements Actively contributing to an efficient and customer-oriented way of working Proactively thinking along with the customer You work Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (with a half-hour break). For full-time employment (40 hours), after an extensive training period, it is possible to work from home two days a week in consultation.
