RedCarpet is looking for an IT Field Engineer for a client in Amstelveen.

What will you be doing?
As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, managing, and troubleshooting workstations, hardware, and IT environments on-site. You will ensure that users can get back to work quickly and serve as the face of the IT department.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Installing and replacing hardware and workstations
• Resolving incidents and malfunctions on-site
• Supporting users with IT issues
• Configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Performing migrations and workstation rollouts
• Identifying areas for improvement within the IT environment
