Experienced COBOL Developer wanted for a long-term B2B application project in Mechelen. You will be working on an in-house COBOL application running on Red Hat Linux, using technologies such as Oracle 19, ACUCOBOL 85, EASYMAP, Java SDK, Apache Ant, SOAP/XML, and IBM WebSphere.

Working on-site in Mechelen 3 days a week is required. Dutch is required, as the source code contains comments in Dutch. This is a long-term project running through at least 2030.

Working model

You will work in a hybrid model, with a fixed on-site presence of 3 days per week in Mechelen. The remaining 2 days can be worked remotely, depending on team agreements and project planning.
