RedCarpet is seeking a driven Account Manager with an affinity for IT, telecom, and security on behalf of a client.
In this role, you will help organizations optimize their digital work environment and actively build lasting customer relationships. You are not only commercially savvy, but also understand how important topics such as cybersecurity, secure connectivity, and modern IT environments are for businesses today. The position is based on a comparable Account Manager role within the IT services sector.

What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will advise clients on suitable IT and telecom solutions and help them address issues related to modern workplaces, cloud solutions, connectivity, and security. You will be employed directly by our client.

In addition, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new clients
• Advising on secure and future-proof IT solutions
• Preparing proposals and managing projects from initial consultation through to delivery
• Collaborating with engineers and technical specialists to provide optimal support to clients
• Building a strong network and actively contributing to the organization’s growth
• Consulting with clients on IT strategy, security, and digital collaboration
