Peppertree Staffing Solutions is pleased to announce the acquisition of RedCarpet IT Services RedCarpet is an innovative IT service provider based in Amstelveen that has been active in the flexible ICT staffing market for 14 years. RedCarpet realized a turnover of €5.5 million in 2023 and has its focus on testing and mainframe. The strategic partnership is intended as the starting point of a buy-and-build in the flexible labor market to provide clients with appropriate and tailored solutions for their staffing needs and IT services. Rian Barnes will remain with RedCarpet as a shareholder and commercial director.
The use of Peppertree's knowledge and experience will enable RedCarpet to offer its customers an even more tailored service. In 2024, artificial intelligence and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will be deployed at RedCarpet to make processes run faster, error-free and more intelligently. In addition, both the front office and back office will be strengthened and RedCarpet will have a financially strong partner with Peppertree.
